At OTT, an item once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following cases it is possible to exchange the product:
- Faulty Product Received: We maintain the strictest quality control at OTT; however, if you spot a product defect for which we are responsible, please notify us strictly within 48 hours. We can then take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned item and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible, we will send you a replacement for the item you previously purchased. Please note, in this case you will be eligible for a full refund only if we’re unable to provide you a replacement for the exact same item you have purchased.
- Incorrect size: We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement, provided you notify us of the same within 48 hrs. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at Support.Ott@taruntahiliani.com Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. (altered items are non-returnable)
In addition:
- We do not accept return and exchange requests on discounted items
- Faulty pieces will not be valid for exchange if they are used, washed, without original tags, stained or received in a bad condition.
- Any complaints reported after 48 hrs of receiving the product will not be entertained
Returns:
- To notify us of your return, please write to us on Support.Ott@taruntahiliani.com or on 9319895335 within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include the reason for return/exchange in your communication. It is advisable to provide additional images with your communication. In addition, your name, address, order number must also be mentioned
- You are responsible for sending the item back to us, as we strictly do not offer reverse pick-up services at any location
- It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it
- Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
- If you are applicable for a full refund, you shall receive the same within 15 days from when we receive the item from you
